Podcast "Being Well" with Dr Rick Hanson and Forrest Hanson with guest Pete Walker talking about Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) and Developmental Trauma.

"What are the consequences of growing up inside an abusive family, and what can we do as adults to heal old wounds? Today we're joined by Pete Walker, a practicing therapist and expert in Complex PTSD."

A very interesting podcast that I can identify a lot with.

The "Being Well" podcast is available to listen to on Apple Podcasts and maybe other platforms.

Pete Walker is the author of the book "Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving".

Great info Guitarman! Thanks for posting this. If I listen to it, I'll post what I liked about the conversation. I love Pete Walker's book. It is the one I would recommend to folks who are wondering which book has effective 'on-hands' strategies for C - PTSD.
