Where do I start?

I have known my family is extremely disfunctional on an intellectual level for many years.   
Narcissistic father and controlling mother.
I'm the  eldest of four siblings and I see my issues with constantly rescuing my father and one sister in this enmeshed family so clearly and know much work on myself is needed.
I am so grateful to have been directed to OFTF and all of you and will post again.

Warm welcome and I love your forum handle - it is never too late and I'm glad you landed here! If you haven't already seen the Toolbox at the top of the forum I like to point new members there. I didn't see it for some time nor did I realize there's an entire website full of info that is in addition to the interactive forum. I too am the oldest and family rescuer since childhood.
