I have 3 people in my life who are narcissists—one of them is sociopathic ( my sister).
The sociopath never ceases to amaze me. In fact, they all are "crazy-makers".

I have an undiagnosed BPD/NPD sister who has caused havoc and chaos in our family for decades. I now call her my abuser and I am her target of abuse.

I follow the author and counsellor Kris Godinez on her YouTube channel called "We Need To Talk with Kris Godinez". She specialises in Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and how targets of abuse can cope better. She has really helped me to understand what I have experienced and what I can do to help myself.

Narcs certainly are difficult to be around.  I had a series of covert narcs in my life, they are certainly difficult and exhausting to be around.

Hi, I thought I'd introduce myself, I'm new, my father has almost destroyed me.  I'm 49 and have just begun to stand up to him, it's made things worse.  In doing so I found out so much from so many, I feel validated and hurt.  It effects me day and night.  Would like to make some friends and chat.  I'm registered as 1nferior, please, call me M, as many do....  Peace be with you all, good souls you are!
