finally joining a community for support

Hello! I'm finally ready for some support as I'm about to go NC on my BP mother (again). I have gone between MC and NC over the last 7 years and am done putting up with her abusive games. I found an article on this site that was really helpful with ideas for how to implement NC effectively, so I'm going to take some time putting together and then executing a plan. Thanks for being here.
