Adult stepchildren, to me they are In-Laws

Hi everyone

I'm going to want to post about my adult stepdaughters who are in their 30s with their own homes and children.  They have become topical because we are in the process of moving to the same city after not seeing them for about 15 years.   To me, they seem like In-Laws, even though I helped raise them, because they have had parental alienation from their mother.  And technically, they are "in-laws".

Do you think I am in the right place?  Adult children just does not seem like the right page.

Since they are adults, and you are only related by marriage, then I think this seems like an appropriate space.
