Was wondering on peoples thoughts on trauma bonding and how that ties into a relationship with a BPD?

Listened to those videos and I have copied your list for my own use.  Thank you!  Ran across this quote .. If you are healthy then your consistent as a person.  That just blew me away.

Lots to think about.  Ponder and turn over.

I'm also taking steps so I know what to expect if we do go our own ways.
