Just watched Rocketman. Elton John musical/biography. So awesome. Highly recommend for those of us doing inner child work.. Just awesome. Especially if you appreciate his music. :)

And the clothes 😁

I really enjoyed the film too and in the context of Out of the FOG the portrayal of Elton's parents and the impact they had on his life and his drug problems was intelligently done. I've always liked Elton!
It gets better. It has to.

I like Elton.  He is a very talented man and has had an amazing career.  He has a stage presence few have and puts on a good show.

I also like that he does not use his fame to bludgeon his fans about every social or political wave that come by.  He has a good work life balance in this regard.  You can know who he is and what he stands for but not get hit over the head with it when you are being entertained by him.  He let's you relax and enjoy music for what it is, unlike some entertainers who go on rants about complex or difficult things and bring you down emotionally.

I was not aware of the movie.  Thanks for mentioning it.

I'm glad you are talking abourt this movie. Those watching it after coming Out of the FOG will definitely see it in a different light than a lot of other viewers. I also enjoyed the Inner Child references and also the group therapy frame. At least for me it was that way. And the music!

Elton also wrote an autobiography called "Me" that I really enjoyed. He tells a lot of funny stories (many tragicomic) that keep us turning the pages.
