Talk space vs ReAgain. Vs BetterUp

I am thinking of doing a round of maybe 10 or so therapy / life goal sessions.

I have done Better up and ReAgain.  Both were ok.  Nothing fabulous but I did like the messaging system.  It worked with my erratic schedule and for crisis moment az

Has anyone tried TalkSpace?  Did you like it?  What is the format like and the professional matching like?

Yes I do know about them yes I have done BetterHELP.  I get them and Better UP confused.  Better up are Life Coaches Better HELP are counselors.  And I have done ReAgain - BetterHELP for relationships.

Meah.  I knobs of felt like they kept you on the phone spinning your wheels and a bait by message but I didn't really make any major breakthroughs.  An analogy - I tooled around town in the car.  No highway anti no new towns.

It was helpful for crisis .  During the-pandemic . And super low points I had someone I could talk to.  That helped a lot I will say that.

Just wondering about talkspace.  Yeah maybe.
