Therapist Kris Godinez asks the question: "If this person wasn't related to you, would they be in your life?" Her answer is, "If not, act accordingly."

She speaks about cases where the PD is one's "Adult Kid" but also family  and relationships in general.

There is also a discussion about collapsed NPD/BPD behaviour and their efforts to keep others in the FOG.
