Hi, does this forum run a Facebook page? I found one tonight (public, I'm not on Facebook) with the same name - Out of the FOG. Is it ran by the same people as here?

i run the Out of the FOG facebook pages.  there are two FB groups that use the Out of the FOG name that we are not affiliated with.  if you've seen the page we'd love your feedback here. there's not a lot of back and forth discussion on the FB because we don't want anyone to compromise their safety, so mostly i post inspirational things and have started a book review feature.

I've taken a proper look xredshoesx,
I saw one or two quotes that I've not heard before. I especially liked Word Porn talking about deserving happiness even when you are not used to it.
Nate Postlethwait is always a good choice too. I hadn't seen his quote about cycle breaking before either.

It's a calm page (naturally). I'll go there more often now that I know it's safe.

I'm not on Facebook and had no idea there was an Out of the FOG presence on that platform.

Is there anything of Out of the FOG on Instagram?

the other ones are groups you have to join.  give me a sec and i'll see if i can drop a link that i can check to make sure it's not one of the other groups i moderate for
