As the title says, it's all a game for the uPD. Had I not been Out of the FOG I would have been tearing my hair out, screaming about what the hell is going on. uNPDstbxw has done EXACTLY what I expected, and changed the game again. Unfortunately for her she will lose it, I know what she is doing and what her next step is, and next, and so on.

So we agreed the divorce settlement, my lawyer wrote it up and sent to hers for ratification and signing. It came back, unsigned, with new demands, stupid silly demands, only a PD could make up. No point going through what she asked for, but it is similar to when Tom 3 years old asks for unlimited access to his cousin Jim's sweety jar and Jim has to go to the shop and restock it to avoid trouble.

I am meeting with my lawyer tomorrow and will put an end to this, I had enough of everyone playing along her game. I understand the lawyers do, its money money money.

But, I feel great. I am Out of the FOG. She can fight as much as she wants, I live day by day and I enjoy it as much as possible.

Thanks for your replies,  I lost focus for a while thinking this was done. It's a long way to go and I ain't giving up. Attack is the best defense and I will use it.

But what I can't get my head around, PD or not. Why would you pay a pound/dollar to get a pence/cent?

They do not have any grey areas. There is no compromising. Black or white.

Spent another bunch of £$£$£$ with a meeting with my solicitor. Even she is astonished about what is being asked from STBX and her lawyer. I am just laughing at it at the moment, there is nothing else to do. If I wasn't Out of the FOG I would probably be laying down on the ground screaming tearing my hair out. My solicitor commented on how desperate STBX seems to be to get contact with me re-established. Funny how that is the only thing she wants, contact to resume and to get control back. Ha, she can think again. Yes it is a pain that she doesn't just sign the papers, but I have no emotional attachment and just take every day as they come. I know she can't touch me anymore, I have figured her out. I am Out of the FOG.

BW, I am not saying it is easy to keep the emotional detachment. It comes back and I have to focus to get it away. Its working better and better, but I am worried what would happen when STBX finally can force me to break the NC.

Hi Escaping man, think as long as you have someone else with you that could help if the interaction was face to face and if it started to escalate just stop and leave.
