It all makes sense. Learning about PD behaviors really has been a bit of a life saver. It circumvents internalizing. Thank you.

Thats is such a wise statement, and I fully agree. +1

I believe proper mindfulness; that ability to not internalize, but instead purposefully take the mental time to lift out of ourself and our situation, rising high enough to look back down and see the whole truth picture from end to end, is made possible by our PD education, knowledge of ourselves and situational awareness in which to apply both the trait terms and the terms for the roles in these unfolding PD dramas.
