Can anyone recommend a book or books on reparenting yourself? I think I need to reset some of my automatic reactions that were ingrained as a child to better cope. As my friend put it the other day, I need a "new operating system". Thanks in advance.

Hi Monamurre,

Cheri Huber, There Is Nothing Wrong with You.

I cried from relief on the first page.

Hi

This isn't a book but the youtube videos from Patrick Teahan have been really helpful to me lately. He has a playlist called The Inner Child where he describes the work of re-parenting ourselves.

Patrick's video on Casual Betrayal hit home.  Like him!
