Yay for us!

Hey fellow travellers, I feel the urge to give a big shout-out to all of us for "doing the work".  WE ARE POWERFUL BEYOND BELIEF!   We are here on this board, learning about ourselves, and affecting our families in a positive way.  In a way that perhaps nobody else in our family has bothered to do.

We have the power to change future generations, and we are doing that!  What in the world could be more important than that!  We SEE, we ACKNOWLEDGE, we DO the work to protect our children and to change our family dynamic.

It makes me think of a billboard I saw years ago promoting spaying/neutering your cat.   It showed how many potential kittens one female cat could produce over just a few years.  And that if she was spayed, how all those homeless kittens could be prevented.  We are preventing.  We are preventing pain and anger and despair.
It's not easy, but we're doing it and I am so proud of each and every one of us.

this also really resonated with me today.  my mantra as of late has been, ' it ends with me'.  this reinforces that 100%
