PD ex to be evicted - just seeking support

Hello everyone,

Very grateful for this forum. After living years rent free at my home, my PD ex is finally being given a legal ultimatum to leave. I am afraid they will try to sabotage the property, file incessant litigation, and in general try to make my life as miserable as possible. We are no contact and I am considering a restraining order as a preemptive move. But just wondering if anyone on the forum has been through similar circumstances and may be able to provide any advice. I'm running on "expect the worse, hope for the best." No advice. Just support. I am in a similar situation and the new lawyer has given me some hope now. The entitlement and self-righteousness I face is massive, it even comes across in his lawyer's letters.
