Hello everyone, new to the forum though been reading the stuff on the main site for a while. Currently NC with most of my narcissistic FOO. Been LC with some of them for some years prior. Now I'm NC feels like I've been slowly waking from a nightmare. Was the scapegoat for parents and siblings, all of whom are extremely high in narc traits and other PD traits. Left therapy several months ago but feel I still need some support so that's why I'm here. Hopefully to give some support too!
