Navigating forum

Hi I'm having a hard time navigating the forum... particularly finding posts that I've participated on. Is there a way to find these easily or to set up notifications of responses to my posts? Thanks!

a tip that i use is clicking on my avatar on the top left corner and viewing 'unread posts'.  if a post i've participated in has been updated, a lil person icon is there to let me know.
