Sure, bloomie! The short reminded me of a conversation here recently about the term "codependency" being easily interpreted as blaming the victim. I think Dr. Clayton does a really good job of reframing that term in the context of trauma responses.

The CPTSD article -- I think I am still early in my process of accepting that I have this or a related condition (DTD)! I thought this article was a good overview of what it is like, well illustrated with Dr. Clayton's personal experiences.

Overall I especially like the fact that she is a trained psychologist who uses her training AS WELL as her personal experiences to inform her work.
