What are the best evidence-based books (written by PhD or MDs) for Narcissistic Abuse recovery? I can't afford therapy and only books can save me.

Also name best Youtube Channels and blogs.

I will start:

1. Dr Ramani Youtube
2. Dr. Jay Reid Youtube

Hi TiredGirl,

I highly recommend Pete Walker's CPTSD: From Surviving to Thriving! Also, It's Not You, by Ramani Durvasula (the YouTube presence you mention above -- I like her, too!), although that has more of a focus on N-partners. Lastly, Jay Reid has a couple free e-books available on his website that you might find helpful.
No star is ever lost we once have seen,
We always may be what we might have been.
