Hi,
I think there's a gps tracker of some sort on my car or phone. Is there a cost effective way to figure this out?

there are GPS Tracking devices called APPLE AIR TAGS which are fairly common for use in cars, or maybe children, dogs. they would have to be put somewhere in or on your car or on your person but are pretty well used tracking devices. Im not sure that another person can use your cell phone to track you without permission from the cell phone service provider, but i do know those APPLE AIR TAGS are used widely and can be placed in your car somewhere.

People can GPS track their spouses iPhones, though I don't know how it's set up or how to tell if it's happening.  I just know couples do it sometimes.

No I think it is something more discrete than those. I am familiar with air tags and location services on the iPhone.

An alert popped up on my phone two years ago. The local sheriff said it was a scam.
