I have found Dr Hanson's work on the stress response and practical neuroscience really helpful. I've read a couple of his books as well as getting his weekly Just One Thing email newsletter (sweet and simple tips) and listening to the podcast he does with his son Forrest.

He's offering a half-day course on 5/31/25 called The Calm Mind about the four habits of a calm mind: accepting, centering, loving and acting. I thought it sounded interesting, especially if you were looking to jumpstart your way into his work on neuroscience and mindfulness. There are also a bunch of free resources on his site and, as I mentioned, books and a podcast if you're interested in his work but the course isn't for you.
