Help with logging in

Sorry I am posting this here but I wasn't sure who to contact about it. I am trying to log in on my laptop but I get the message that I have been banned from the forum and something about offering professional services. I tried several browsers with no luck. I can still access my account on my phone though. Could someone help me please?
