Ever have trouble with your feelings of being stuck in place?

I keep feeling stuck in place out of each aspect of FOG.  The more together I become in life with work and career and more, the more it seems that my relationship with my uOCPdw is a muddled mess.   I know that friends are sick of me and the whole set of problems.   They see my relationship for what it is with controlling angry behavior and more than one has taken the approach of "don't complain anymore".  So I've stopped complaining.  But I'm still stuck or I feel like I am.   I go through cycles of depression and self pity and anger and determination.   I can hold up my career and remain able to support the family.   But I'm not fixing anything in my life; just sort of floating along hoping to not be yelled at.

You know, it doesn't.   I have hope and I stay very busy with work and other aspects of life.   I was just venting.

I noticed the part about floating along and hoping not to be yelled at.

Maybe start with being yelled at.  How could this become less or less painful.

I can ever when I first decided I did not have to be present for such.  I turned off the stove burners removed them from the heat and left the kitchen.  I said I needed to go do something and that so would be back  and walked out of the kitchen.  I started doing something like that and it stopped for the most part.

I decided i was not playing.  I remember the circular one sided arguments and after a few times of my comments being ignored, being  interrupted or talked over, I said finally one day, It seems like you are arguing with your self, let me know If I am needed and walked out.
