Hello, Im here because I have a partner who is a covert narcissist.  Id just like to talk to other people who get it sometimes.  I do a lot of chat gpt therapy but an actual person or persons eld be nice.

Personally, I think my wife has the same PD traits you mention.
I found that emotional detachment, no JADE, gray rock and medium chill are helping me a lot.
