The Tools in Proverbs?

Proverbs is one of my favorite books in the Old Testament of the Bible. This "Verse of the Day" caught my attention:

Proverbs 9:7-9 NLT
"[7] Anyone who rebukes a mocker will get an insult in return.Anyone who corrects the wicked will get hurt.[8] So don't bother correcting mockers;they will only hate you.But correct the wise,and they will love you.[9] Instruct the wise,and they will be even wiser.Teach the righteous,and they will learn even more."

To me, it sounds like this proverb supports using tools like No JADE, Medium Chill, or Gray Rock when dealing with difficult personalities. But endorses seeking and sharing advice with people willing to work on themselves! Timeless words of wisdom in this morning's Bible study!  I definitely bookmarked this one.

Any one else have bookmarked verses or proverbs including Biblical, Buddhist, other sources of timeless advice and guidance when dealing with PDs?

Well. Just ... well. Always a lesson, isn't there. It truly does cover everything, spells it right out where there's no mistaking the meaning. And how "they" must hate that.
