Hello! Estranged from “parents”

I'm certain my "parents" have undiagnosed PDs. The female parent has NPD and bipolar behaviors and the male, NPD and antisocial PD behaviors. I was raised by the female and she abused and neglected me and gave me PTSD. I've been NC for some time from both.

Thank you. The male "parent" abandoned me from the time I was a little kid. The "parents" divorced when I was a toddler (they cheated on each other.) The male "parent" decided to reenter my existence after I became an adult for his own selfish wants and was *very* creepy. The second I saw him I was horrified I was related to that man. He gave me the ick. Pretty soon he was bragging to me, his daughter, about his sexual exploits and his womanizing, lying, manipulation, degenerate, entitled, evil behavior became obvious. I started to keep my distance and eventually cut him off. Alas, he manipulated the female "parent" into taking him back after his third or fourth divorce. The female "parent", after hating the male my whole upbringing all of a sudden started trying to force me to have a relationship with him which I refused. Eventually, I couldn't take the female's boundary crashing, backstabbing, cruelty etc so I cut her off too.

The female also has been jealous of me, engaged in oneupmanship/copying etc which was horrifying in the extreme.
