Thanks rose, funny I was just thinking why is STBX so difficult and why can't she just stop fighting and just get on with things. Then I quickly realised that if that was the case I would never applied for the divorce. I spoke to my lawyer about things yesterday and I said from now on I am going to push back on things and stop trying to be nice and accommodating to try to look good to the SW. From now on it's all about safety and wellbeing for both me and DD (and GC if I ever get a chance to protect her) and right now that means no contact between me and STBX and no contact between DD and STBX. My lawyer completely agreed with this and said if she has a problem with this she can apply to court.
